I. Download the China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Registration Form, or directly contact the China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Secretariat for the Registration Form. (Photocopies are acceptable.)
II. Upon filling in the necessary information, send the Registration Form to the China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Secretariat by fax, e-mail or mail.
III.Please register before October 10th,2007.
Participant’s Confirmation I. The China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Secretariat, upon receiving the Registration Form, will confirm the receipt of the Registration Form within 3 working days. Upon examination and verification, the Secretariat will deliver the written Participant’s Confirmation to the applicants by fax and make relevant arrangements accordingly. II. Should you do not received the Participant’s Confirmation before October 15, 2007, please contact the China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Secretariat for progress.
Conference Fee
I. Please remit the conference fee to the A/C designated by the China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Organizing Committee within 7 days upon receiving the Participant’s Confirmation,please indicate "conference fee for the CAPF" when remitting relevant expedutures.

I. On-line Application Upon receiving your Participant’s Confirmation, you may log on http://www.caexpo.org/capf, the event official website for filling in the Registration Form for Pass Issuing and sending your recent passport e-photo via the On-line Pass Application Channel.
II. Other Application Methods Upon receiving your Participant’s Confirmation, you may download the Registration Form for Pass Issuing via http://www.caexpo.org/capf, the event official website. And upon filling in the necessary information, send the Registration Form and your recent passport photo to the China-ASEAN Port Development & Cooperation Forum Secretariat by mail.
III.Pass Obtaining You may obtain your pass at the Registration Counter of your hotel by presenting your Participant’s Confirmation as well as your business namecard. |
