　　项目介绍：

　　The Government of Indonesia has received a Loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and a Credit from the International Development Association (IDA), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan/Credit to payments under the contract for the following consultant services:

　　· Institutional Development Consultant (Sleman District).

　　The services included:

　　(a) composing land-use program by improving land-use to be transparent and productive by putting people抯 right in priority based on land use and structure;

　　(b) composing improvement program on land permit service;

　　(c) initiating system of land information program/geographical information system;

　　(d) preparing and evaluating as well as organizing the necessary workshop, and should consult with the other local relevant agencies　/　institutions and the local community;

　　(e) giving regular/periodic progress report and executive summary in English and digital form.

　　General Requirements:

　　(a) Team Leader (Master Degree) with postgraduate in institutional development, information system, public administration or decentralization (5 years experience);

　　(b) Other members with qualification of:

　　　(i) graduated from a reputable University (Bachelor Degree) majoring in Land Information System; (ii) graduated from a reputable University (Bachelor Degree) majoring in land administration;

　　　(iii) graduate from a reputable University (Bachelor Degree) majoring in area planning/planology;

　　　(iv) having minimum three (3) years experience in each field.

　　(c) Good interpersonal skills and full of initiative

　　(d) All consultants should have good command of spoken and written English

　　The Directorate General of Regional Autonomy, Ministry of Home Affairs as the implementer of pilot project component 5, through the Badan Pengendalian Pertanahan Daerah (BPPD) Office now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar  assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualification.

　　A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004.
