　　三、项目建设规模、内容：采用改良森吉米尔法和重力法电镀工艺及阳极技术，从国外引进开卷机、卷取机、酸洗机组、热镀锌机组、还原退火炉、平整机组等关键设备，建设年产50万吨规模的镀锌板生产线；同时，建设厂房及公辅设施，购置二涂二烘型连续彩色涂层机组，购置卷取机、出口活套、烘烤机、初涂机等设备，建设年产30万吨彩涂板生产线。

　　五、市场前景分析：
　　镀锌板、彩涂板产品是具有较高技术含量和高附加值的板带延伸加工产品，随着我国经济的高速发展和产业结构的调整，对镀锌板的需求快速增加。目前，国内镀锌板的自给率仅在50％左右，远远满足不了市场需求，每年需大量进口。2002年我国进口镀锌板334.2万吨，同比增加53％。目前，我国国产彩涂钢板市场占有率为53.2%，主要以中低档产品为主，高档彩涂板主要依赖进口，2003年我国高档彩进口110万吨以上。镀锌板、彩涂板是国家鼓励发展的产业，符合国家的产业政策。未来我国彩涂板市场还有较大的市场空间。

　　项目总投资15亿元人民币，本项目由投资业主全额投资建设或控股投资建设（具体投资比例可洽谈确定），如投资业主需要，开发区政府可为业主联系、协调商业贷款事宜。

　　1. Name of the project：The project of galvanized plates of Qinzhou Port

　　2. Cooperating manner：Sole proprietorship, joint venture, partnership

　　3. Construction scale and content of the project：The technology of Sendzimir Way (i.e. NOF) and Gravity Electroplate Technique & 　　Positive Pole Technology are applied. And much key equipment is imported, such as reeling machine, bunching machine, acid cleaning machine set, hot-galvanization machine set, reproduction annealing oven, setting-out machine etc. and a product line of galvanized plates with yearly production of 500,000 tons. Meanwhile, the workshops and public assistant facilities will be constructed, the twice-costing & twice-drying-type continuous color-paint machine set, bunching machine, exit looper, drying machine, initial coater etc. will be purchased, and a product line of galvanized plates with yearly production of 300,000 tons will be constructed.

　　5. Analysis on market foreground：Galvanized plates and color-paint plates are extended products with high technical content and high added value. With rapid development of China’s economy and the restructuring of industrial structure, the demand on galvanized plates increases rapidly. Currently, the self-supply rate of galvanized plates within the country stays at about 50％, which is far from meeting the market needs. Thus, large quantity of the products needs to be imported. In 2002, China imported 3.342 million tons of galvanized plates, which is 53％ more than the last year. At present, the market share of China’s domestic color-paint steel plates is 53.2%, mainly medium and low-grade products. Top-grade color-paint plates are mainly imported. In 2003, China imported more than 1.1 million tons of top-grade color-paint steel plates. China encourages developing the production of galvanized plates and color-paint plates because this accords with the national Industrial Policy. There is much space for China's development of color-paint plates.

Total investment of the project and fund raising scheme：The total investment of the project is 1.5 billion RMB yuan, and the project is totally invested by the investing party or invested by several stockholding parties (the concrete percent of investment can be discussed). If necessary, the government of the Development Zone can contact the operations and apply commercial loans for the investing parties.
