　　三、项目建设规模、内容：建设规模主要为两条20万吨/年的热法磷酸生产线和两条45万吨/年的湿法磷酸生产线，另外附带一系列下游磷酸盐产品生产加工线。主要产品有磷酸、磷酸氢钙、三聚磷酸钠等十四个大类四十多个品种，生产工业级、食品级、药用级、牙膏级等各种规格。

　　五、市场前景分析：精细磷化工产品被广泛应用于日化、饮料、食品、医药等六十多个行业，是这些行业不可缺少的配套原材料，而近年来国际上的精细磷化工产品需求稳定增长，有供不应求的趋势，该项目具有广泛的用途和良好的市场前景。

　　六、建设优势条件分析：钦州港交通便捷，集疏运条件良好。有数条铁路与高等级公路均在此交汇，进港铁路已直达码头作业区，进港一级公路与桂海高速公路直通，钦州港是大西南最便捷的出海通道，有60.8公里的深水岸线，航运发达，是天然良港；港区通讯、供水、供电、生活设施配套齐全，海关、商检、船代等涉外机构均设有服务处。

Construction scale and content of the project：The construction mainly includes two product lines of thermal H3PO4 with yearly production of 200,000 tons and two product lines of damp H3PO4 with yearly production of 450,000 tons and a series of attached product lines of later-stage phosphate products. The main products include 14 categories and more than 40 types of products, such as H3PO4, CALCIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE DIHYDRATE (CaHPO4•0-2H2O), Na5P3O10, which are graded into specifications for industrial use, foodstuff, medicine and toothpaste.

Analysis on market foreground：As indispensable raw materials, fine phosphorus chemical products are comprehensively used in more than 60 industries such as daily chemicals, beverage, foodstuff, medicine etc. In recent years, the international demand on fine phosphorus chemical products increases stably and there is a trend that the supply cannot meet the demand. Therefore, the above project can be comprehensively applied and thus has splendid market foreground.

　　6. Analysis of advantages for construction：With convenient traffic, Qinzhou Port is good in transportation. Many railways and highways cross here, inward railways can reach the operating zone of the port, and the inward first-class highway reaches Guilin-Beihai Highway. As the most convenient outward access of the southwest, the port has a 60.8 km deep-water band line. As a naturally fine port, its shipping develops rapidly. The port is fully equipped with facilities for communications, water supply, electricity supply and daily life, and foreign-oriented institutions such as customs, commodity inspection institutions and shipping agencies set up service offices here.

Total investment of the project and fund raising scheme：The total investment of the project is 2 billion RMB yuan, and the project is totally invested by the investing party or invested by several stockholding parties (the concrete percent of investment can be discussed).
