　　钦州市钦州港七十二泾旅游发展有限公司是管委直属企业，目前拥有资产944万元人民币，公司经营范围主要有旅游资源开发、客运服务等，赢利水平情况良好。

　　三、项目前期工作进展：本项目一期已经安排国债的建设，基础旅游设施已建成并投入使用，产生了效益，二期国债项目正在争取。

　　　　6.1.1项目建设内容：旅游航道疏浚；亚公山景区道路、码头、园林等基础设施；景区索桥、拱桥两座；各岛屿古建筑亭廊、楼、牌坊、水榭（面积6000平方米）；五马归槽及姹人墩景区绿化；六墩岛基础设施及园林改造（面积8000平方米）。

　　　　6.1.2建设内容：5300平方米的度假中心； 2500平方米的运动康乐设施； 60亩的养生山庄；3200平方米的单体度假别墅； 26000平方米的园林景点建设； 1500平方米的特殊餐厅。

　　　　6.1.3项目建设内容：海上漂流平台（含1000T、100T泳池；平台娱乐设施30种）；岛上旅游配套设施含高尔夫练习场一个、沙滩排球两个、票房，餐厅面积；基础设施工程；环境保护工程。

　　　　6.2 资金构成：本项目拟由钦州市钦州港七十二泾旅游发展有限公司投资建设，根据企业的合作意向转让股权，或者合作兴建。

　　　　7.1项目市场分析：广西是我国的旅游资源大省，自然资源与人文资源丰富，尤其是钦州港又具有沿海、沿边、邻近港澳，面向东南亚，背靠大西南的区位优势，是理想的区域性旅游枢纽港。本项目的建成并投入经营，正值中国－东盟博览会落户南宁，更给仅距南宁120公里的钦州港更大的旅游发展潜力。将给广西增加一个新型的观光度假景区、极大丰富了广西的旅游产品，吸引更多的国内外游客前来观光、休闲度假。

　　2. General introduction of sponsor on China’s side—Qinzhou Port Qishierjing Tourism Development Co., Ltd. 

　　The company is a directly-led enterprise of the Management Commission and its total assets is 9.44 million RMB yuan. Its operations include the development of tourist resources, passenger transport services etc. The company wins profits stably.

　　3. The early-stage work on the project：National debt has been spent on the first-stage construction of this project, basic tourist facilities have been completed and put into use and won profits. Great efforts are being made for the second-stage project by use of national debt.

　　　6. 6.1.1 Construction content of the project：The clearing of sea-routes for tourism；roads to Yagongshan Landscape Zone；two rope bridges and arch bridges；ancient booths, corridors, buildings, memorial gateways, waterside houses (the area is 6000 ㎡)；the greening of Wumaguicao & Charendun Landscape Zone；the basic facilities and garden alteration .(the area is 8000 ㎡)

　　　6.1.2 Construction content：5300㎡ holiday center； 2500㎡facilities for sports；a 60 mu (a traditional unit of area which is equal to 1/6 acre ) health care manor；3200㎡ one-piece holiday villa；a 26000㎡ garden-type landscape zone；a 1500㎡ specialized restaurant.

　　　6.1.3 Construction content of the project：On-the-sea drifting platform (including 1000T & 100T swimming pool and 30 types of recreational facilities)；the attached tourist facilities on the island include a golf course, two volleyball courses on the sand beach, ticket office, restaurants；the project of basic facilities；the project of environmental protection.

　　　6.2 Composing of fund：This project is invested for construction by Qinzhou Port Qishierjing Tourism Development Co., Ltd. If any enterprise intends to cooperate, the stocks can be transferred or the project can be constructed through cooperation. 

　　　7.1 Market analysis of the project：Guangxi Province is one of China’s provinces with rich tourist resources. It is rich in natural resources and humanities resources. Especially，Qinzhou Port is close to the sea, and near Hong Kong and Macao, is oriented to Southeastern Asia, and backs on the southwest. The gifts of its location prove it to be an ideal regional tourist port. When the project was completed and put into operation, THE CHINA-ASEAN EXPO was held first in Nanning, which brought greater potential for the development of tourism in Qinzhou Port, which is 120 km to Nanning. It will become a new-pattern tourism & holiday landscape zone of Guangxi Province, greatly enrich the tourism of Guangxi Province and attract more tourists home and abroad to come here for tourism, leisure and holiday.
