一、项目名称：广西灵山县引进果蔬贮藏保鲜库建设

　　二、建设规模及内容：本项目计划每年保鲜果蔬1.8万吨，内容包括冷库建设、冷气设备、冷藏车的购置等。

　　三、产品市场：荔枝对生态环境要求严格，仅在我国南方几个省区适宜栽培，全国产量每年不超过28万吨，远远满足不了人们对荔枝的需求。在国内外市场荔枝鲜果供不应求，销售前景十分广阔。

　　四、建设条件：灵山荔枝生产历史悠久，品种丰富，风味品质优良。1992年，灵山产的桂味荔枝、灵山香荔分别荣获首届中国农业博览会金、银奖；1995年，灵山香荔又荣获第二届中国农业博览会金奖；灵山荔枝饮誉海内外。1996年“中国特产之乡命名宣传活动组委会”正式命名灵山县为“中国荔枝之乡”。到2005年底止，全县有荔枝面积59.55万亩，产量4.46万吨，产值26700万元。

　　五、投资估算：总投资为365.9万美元（人民币3000万元）。

　　六、经济效益：每年保鲜果蔬1.8万吨，销售收入3600万元，创利税720万元。

　　Ⅰ.Name of project: Fresh-preservation Storehouse Construction Fruits and Vegetables

　　Ⅱ.Construction scale and content:　The planning annual handling capacity of fruits and vegetables for fresh preservation is 18,000 tons. The construction content includes refrigerating horse construction,and purchasing of re-frierating epuipment and refrigerating trucds.

　　Ⅲ.Product marketing:　Litchi is a kind of picky tree to the environ-ment,whicgh can only grow in several provinces in southern China..The do-mestic output capacity is not more than 0.28 million tons each year,which can not meet the great demand in the market.Sales of litchi is a promising prospect.

　　Ⅳ.Condition of construction:　Lingshan has  long history of litchi growing with many types of species and high quality.In 1992,the Guiwei litchi and Xiangli litchi produced in Lingshan won the gold and silver medals on the First China Agriculture Expo and again in 1995,Xiangli litchi won the gold on the Second China Agriculture Expo.As a result,Lingshan litchi is will known at home and abroad.In the year of 1996,Lingshan County is entitled “Litchi Township of China” by China Special product Township Nominating Organization. By theend of 2005, the growing area in the whole county was 0.5955million acres,with an output of 44,600 tons and the production value was 267 million yuan.

　　Ⅴ.Estimates lnvestment: 　The total investment is 3.659 million US dol-lars(RMB 30 million yuan).

　　Ⅵ.Economic efficiency:　The annual fresh preservation capacity is 18,000 tons of fruits and vegetables,and the sales income is 36 million yuan with an revenue of 7.20 million yun.
