一、项目名称：广西灵山县污水处理厂
二、建设规模及内容：建设一座日处理量5万吨的污水处理厂；配套日处理5万吨规模的污水处理厂的截污干管；截污干管沿途污水提升泵站等配套设施。
三、建设条件：灵山县城现常住人口12万人，其中流动人口1.5万人，日排生活污水达2万吨以上，据预测，生活污水水量和工业废水水量，2005年为3.7万吨；2010年为5.1万吨；2020年为10.6万吨。而灵城位于钦江源头，对钦州污染很大，根据国家有关政策，必须加快污水治理。因此，灵山县生活污水处理厂上马建设是十分必要的。
四、投资估算：总投资为1269.3万美元（人民币10232.18万元）。
五、经济效益分析：
（1）收取污水处理费；
（2）可以利用土地开发收益；
（3）污水处理后售水收入。

Ⅰ.Name of project:Urban Waster Processing Mill in Lingshan Couty
Ⅱ.Constructiom scale and cintent: Construct a wastewater disposal mill with a daily handling capacity of 50,000 tons.The wastewater collecting pipes will be equipped and relative devices for the wastewater disposal mill.
Ⅲ.Condition of construction: The permanent residents are 120,000 people,among whom therea are 15,00 mobile and flowing people.The urban wastewater drainage volume is 20,000 tons every day.In accordan-ce with relative prediction,the drainage volume of urban and industrial wasteoater will be 37,000 tons by the year of 2005,and 51,000 tonis in 2010,106,000 tons in 2020.Lingcheng is located on rhe headstream of Qinjiang River,and drainage from lingcheng will pollute the tiver.According to the national policy and regulation,the wastewater from Lingshan must be properly disposed.As a result,it is very necessary and urgent to construct this project.
Ⅳ.Estimated lnvestment: The total investment is 12,695 million US dollars(RMB 102,3218 million yuan).
