  二、市场前景及经济效益分析:随着钦州“一江两岸”的开发和东站新区的建设,为一批旧城区范围内的工业企业搬迁改造创造了条件。这批企业原有厂房大多已破旧不堪,且位于市区范围,周围多为居民区。为给市民创造一个优美舒适的生活环境,急需把这批企业搬迁出去。通过开发市郊河东工业区,吸引这批企业落户、同时对增强招商引资吸引力,改变城市面貌起到积极的作用。开发后通过经营土地、出租厂房等方式获取收益,市场前景看好。

  二、Market Prospects and Forecast Profitability:The project is designed to resettle the plants and enterprises removed from the old town rebuilding, the project of “One River and Two Banks” and the land development near the new East Railway Station. After this project, old buildings of the former factories will be replaced with qualified ones, residential areas polluted by the old factories will be improved and a better environment for investment promotion will be ready. Land management, factory building lease are available to the investors.
